Craftorium India Pvt. Ltd. — Return & Refund Policy

At Craftorium, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Since many of our products are handcrafted by independent artisans and small manufacturers, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern are natural and part of the uniqueness of handmade goods.

To maintain transparency and customer satisfaction, our Return & Refund Policy is outlined below:

• 1. Eligibility for Return

  A product is eligible for return only if:

  a) Damaged or Defective Product

  The product delivered is damaged, broken, stained, torn, or defective.

  The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.

  b) Wrong Product Received

  You received an incorrect product, size, color, or design different from what was ordered.

  c) Missing Items

  If any product or accessory mentioned in the order is missing.

  Note:

  We do not accept returns for reasons such as “not liking the color,” “design variation,” or “minor differences,” as handcrafted products naturally vary.

• 2. Non-Returnable Items

  The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Products purchased during festive sales or promotional offers
  2. Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  3. Handcrafted items with natural variations
  4. Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  5. Products without original packaging

• 3. Process for Raising a Return Request

  To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at marketing@craftoriumindia.in or WhatsApp our support team.
  2. Provide:
     1. Order ID
     2. Clear photos of the outer packaging
     3. Photos of shipping label / invoice
     4. Clear photos of damaged/incorrect product
  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request within 24–48 hours.

• 4. Return Pick-up & Reverse Logistics

  1. Once your return is approved, Craftorium will arrange a pickup from your address.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  3. If courier pick-up is unavailable in your PIN code, we may request you to ship the product back and share the receipt (charges reimbursed).

• 5. Refund Policy

  Refunds are processed after:

  1. The returned product is received and inspected, and
  2. The issue (damage, wrong product, etc.) is verified.

  Refund Timeline

  • 7–10 business days for prepaid orders (back to source).
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI provided by the customer.

• 6. Exchange Policy

  We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique, limited-inventory nature of handmade products.

  Customers may place a fresh order once the refund is processed.

• 7. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  2. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

• 8. Vendor-Based Fulfilment

  As Craftorium works with multiple vendors:

  1. Any return related to quality or fulfillment will first be validated by the vendor.
  2. Refunds will be initiated only after the vendor confirms receipt of the returned product.

  Craftorium acts as a platform to support artisans and small manufacturers, and return policies must balance customer experience with fair treatment of our vendors.
